1. Identity of Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by the data controller Nedex Group in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be processed by Nedex Group for the following purposes, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

  • Planning and executing the company's human resources policies and processes
  • Execution of goods and services procurement processes by the company
  • Execution of financial and accounting processes by the company
  • Planning and execution of the company's commercial and/or business strategies
  • Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Company and the persons who have a business relationship with the Company

3. The Parties and Purposes of Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data can be transferred by Nedex Group to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private institutions, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:

  • Planning and executing the company's human resources policies and processes
  • Execution of goods and services procurement processes by the company
  • Execution of financial and accounting processes by the company
  • Planning and execution of the company's commercial and/or business strategies
  • Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the Company and the persons who have a business relationship with the Company

4. Collection Method and Legal Reason of Your Personal Data

Your personal data through different channels in order to carry out Company activities; It is collected on the basis of legal reasons to ensure compliance with the legislation and Company policies. Your collected personal data can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

5. Rights Enumerated in Article 11 of the Law as Personal Data Owner

As a personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

  • Learning whether your personal data is processed,
  • If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in the country or abroad,
  • Requesting correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant provisions of law, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to this if a result arises against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can forward your applications regarding your rights listed above to the Company via the e-mail address info@nedexgroup.com. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, in case of additional costs, the Company reserves the right to charge you a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
